Terms & Conditions
The rates include luxury accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned suites, each with private pool, 3 full meals per day, all teas and coffees, 2 safaris daily in open game drive vehicles. A safari/bush walk (minimum 2 night stay). Safari activities are with qualified and well-trained Guides and Trackers.
The rates includes a selected drinks menu in 2026.
Arrivals are from 13h00, but ideally no later than 15h00.
Departures are after morning safari and breakfast at 10h30.
The rates exclude transfers, Sabi Sand Reserve entrance fees, compulsory Rhino Levy, curios, spa treatments, items of a personal nature and gratuities.
The rates excludes bar bill in 2025, but only premium drinks in 2026.
Transfer rates to/from Kruger Mpumalanga airport/Skukuza Airport & Lukimbi/Idube are available on request.
Deposit & Payment
• 20% Deposit due within 7 days of reservation being confirmed.
• Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Credit cards, EFT, online payments are accepted.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing
Standard Cancellation policy terms:
• Cancellation 61 days or more: No cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellation 60-31 days prior to travel: 20% cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellation within 30 days of travel: 100% cancellation fees apply.
• Groups more than 8 people: 20% cancellation applicable on confirmed bookings cancelled between 90 to 31 days.
• Bookings over peak season: 20% cancellation applicable on confirmed bookings cancelled more than 31 days.
Refund Policy
Should there be a need for a refund according to our cancellation terms, refunds will be made within 30 working days of the cancellation.
Refunds will be subject to a 5% handling fee plus bank charges incurred.
Liability
Idube Game Reserve will maintain every possible precaution to ensure our clients’ safety. However, we cannot accept liability for any illness, accident or loss of personal belongings.
POPI Compliance
The POPI Act came into effect on 1st July 2021. We would like to assure you that all personal information will be treated with complete confidentiality, and we will maintain the safety, integrity and privacy of that information.
