How to Make a Booking
If you would like to make a booking/reservation, please complete our online booking form or contact our reservation office directly.
Currency
The currency used in South Africa is the Rand - if you would like to find out what our rates under 'Book Online' are in your currency go to www.xe.com/ucc for a currency converter.

Idube Game Reserve
Tariffs include
Luxury accommodation in en suite, air-conditioned chalets, 3 full meals daily, all teas and coffees, afternoon tea, 2 game drives daily in open Landrovers and a safari walk. Game activities are with skilled and well-trained rangers. Arrivals from 12:00 but no later than 15:00. Departures after breakfast at 10:30.
Tariffs Exclude
Transfers, bar bill, soft drinks, telephone and fax calls, curios, gratuities and items of a personal nature and excludes the entrance fee to the Sabi Sand Wildtuin for self-drivers.
Transfer tariffs
Transfer rates between Kruger Mpumalanga Airport and Idube are available on request. The drive between KMIA and the lodge takes approximately an hour and a half and is done in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Deposit and Prepayment
20% of the full amount due on the reservation is required as a deposit on confirmation of booking. The balance of the invoice is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Credit cards, electronic transfers and direct deposits are accepted.
Group Bookings
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 months of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing. If cancelled 6-4 weeks prior to date of arrival, 25% of the full amount is due. If cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival or no show, 100% of the full amount is due.
Guides/Tourleaders/Pilots
Please take note: The rate is R700 per night nett and accommodation will be reserved in the pilot’s room. The single room is adjacent to our staff quarters with its own shower and amenities. If 18 or more guests are in camp then the guide, tourleader or pilot will not be able to go on game drives.
Entrance Fee
Excluded are all entrance fee charges by the Sabi Sand Wildtuin (currently R80.00, but please check with us at time of booking).

Deposit & Prepayment Conditions
The full amount due on the reservation is due on booking. Credit cards, electronic transfers and direct deposits are accepted.
Please note: Reservations will not be confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Cancellation Conditions
If cancelled 6 - 4 weeks prior to date of arrival, 25% of the full amount is due.
If cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival or no show, 100% of the full amount is due.
Peak periods
Reservations made for peak periods must be paid for in full two months prior to arrival. Peak periods are: August and 16th December to 7th January.
Late Bookings
When making a booking within two weeks of arrival, immediate full prepayment is due.
If cancelled, no refund will be made.
Group Bookings
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 months of reservation.
Deposit & Prepayment Conditions for Full Camp Bookings
Full payment of the invoice/quote is required two months (8 weeks) prior to arrival.
Electronic transfers or direct deposits are accepted.
Cancellation Conditions for Full Camp Bookings
If cancelled 7 weeks prior to date of arrival, 50% of the full payment is non refundable.
If cancelled later than 7 weeks prior to date of arrival or no show, 100% of full payment is due.
A refund may be made if the cancelled rooms are resold at an equivalent or higher rate, less a 10% handling fee.
Guides/Tourleaders/Pilots
Accommodation will be reserved in the pilot’s room. Should the lodge be fully booked, guides and tour leaders will not be permitted to go on game drives. The cost for a guide/pilot is R900 per night.
Transfers
Transfers are available from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (Nelspruit). It takes approximately 90 minutes from the Airport to the Lodge. The journey from the Airport to the Malelane Gate takes 60 minutes. Rates for these transfers are available on request.
Charters
Charter flights fly into Malelane and transfers can be arranged from the airstrip to the Lodge. Charter rates vary depending on the number of passengers.
