Currency

The currency used in South Africa is the rand – if you would like to find out what our rates under ‘Book Online’ are in your currency go to www.xe.com/ucc for a currency converter.

Rates/Tariffs

Tariffs include:

Luxury accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned chalets, 3 full meals daily, all teas and coffees, 2 game drives daily in open landrovers and a safari walk. Game activities are with skilled and well-trained rangers.

Tariffs exclude:

Transfers, Ulusaba runway fees, bar bill, soft drinks, telephone and fax calls, curios, gratuities, items of a personal nature, Sabi Sand entrance fees and Sabi Sand Rhino Conservation Levies.

Transfer tariffs

Transfer rates between Kruger Mpumalanga Airport and Idube are available on request. The drive between KMIA and Idube takes approximately an hour and a half and is done in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Deposit and prepayment conditions

20% non refundable deposit is required within 1 month of reservation for all bookings over our peak Dec/Jan period or for group bookings.
Groups – balance of the invoice is payable 2 months prior to arrival.
FIT bookings – balance of the invoice is payable 1 month prior to arrival.
Credit cards, electronic transfers and bank transfers are accepted.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Groups – if cancelled from 2 months prior, or no-show, 100% of the full amount is due.
FIT – if cancelled from 1 month prior to date of arrival, or no-show, 100% cancellation fees.

Guides/Tourleaders/Pilots

N.B: The rate is R2000 per night nett and accommodation will be reserved in the pilot’s room. If 18 or more guests are in camp then the guide/tour leader/pilot will not be able to go on game drives.

Liability

Idube Game Reserve will maintain every possible precaution to ensure our clients’ safety. However, we cannot accept liability for any illness, accident or loss of personal belongings.
